Experience the authentic flavor of Mexican street corn with this bold and zesty seasoning blend. Featuring smoky chipotle, tangy citric acid, a hint of cayenne heat, and a cheesy touch from nutritional yeast, it’s the perfect way to spice up corn on the cob, roasted veggies, and more.
Directions: After cooking and while still warm, brush corn on the cob with mayo, and sprinkle seasoning.
For an authentic touch, add cotija cheese and a squeeze of lime. Full recipe below.
If you're using one of our seasoning mixes for the first time, we recommend starting with a little less than you think you'll need, you can always add more to taste.

sugar, corn flour, nutritional yeast, sea salt, chipotle powder, cumin, citric acid, cayenne, and cilantro

Grilled Mexican Street Corn
8 Servings
Ingredients:
8 ears of corn
1 Packet Diplicious Mexican Street Corn Seasoning
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup Cotija cheese
Juice from 1 lime
Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat grill to high.
Add corn and cook, turning often, until lightly charred all over, about 10 minutes.
When corn is cool enough to touch but still warm, insert a wooden skewer into the end of the corn cob as a handle.
Brush corn with 1 Tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Holding corn over a plate or bowl, generously coat the corn with 2 Tablespoons cheese and Diplicious Mexican Street Corn Seasoning.
Repeat with the remaining ears of corn and serve with a squeeze of lime and a garnish of chopped cilantro.
