We believe in being transparent about our ingredients and how our mixes are prepared so you can make the best choices for you and your family. We know some customers have food allergies or sensitivities, and we want you to feel confident knowing exactly what’s in each mix.
Many of our mixes do not contain common allergens as ingredients, but please be aware that they are prepared and packaged in a facility that also processes ingredients including, but not limited to: wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
We do our very best to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from trace amounts of allergens.

Common Allergens:
Here’s a quick look at some of the most common allergens related to our mixes.
MSG - None of our mixes have added MSG, though some ingredients we use, like tomatoes or cheese, do contain it naturally.
Nuts - None of our mixes currently contain nuts, but they are made in a facility that processes nuts.
Shellfish - Currently, none of our mixes contain shellfish.
Important Note: Our ingredients are sourced from facilities that also process peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and wheat. Individuals with severe food allergies are strongly advised to avoid consuming our mixes. Please note this list is not exhaustive. If you have a food allergy not mentioned, we encourage you to contact us directly before making a purchase.
All allergen information provided refers to the dry mix only and does not include any added ingredients you may use to prepare the mix, such as sour cream, mayonnaise, or other ingredients.
