Vacation Notice: Orders placed 7/16 - 7/26 will not be processed until the week of 7/29


For your convenience, you are able to register on our website so the next time you place an order with us, all you have to do is login to your account. This also allows you to check your order status, and order history.

Since orders go into production right away, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.



Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB), and



Customer Orders: Ships within 3-5 business days.

Affiliate Orders: If you are an affiliate placing a larger order of inventory to have on hand, please allow additional processing time.

Please Note: During high peak times, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volume.



We ship within the USA only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on items ordered and destination. We use both USPS and UPS depending on which offers the best rates for your order.



All North Carolina residents will be charged 2% applicable sales tax at checkout.



Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept any returns. If for some reason you find your order not as specified or was damaged during shipment, please contact us within three business days of receipt of your order. We will then at our discretion determine if a refund, credit, or replacement will be issued. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The only exception to this is if the product was damaged during shipment. Proof must be shown of shipment damage.



It is solely the customer's responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors, such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number, may delay or prevent timely delivery. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft, or delay. ORDER CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.



All processed orders will have applicable tracking links emailed to the email address used on the order. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking details to populate on the tracking website.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, we ask that you contact your local USPS office about the delivery.



Here at Diplicious we have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers. Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Any privacy concerns should be directed to; we take all privacy concerns very seriously and will respond appropriately and quickly. Our customers are our number one priority and we will continue to put them first.
