Order Status

CHECK ORDER STATUS

To check the status of an order, you can login to your account and click on "View Orders", then "Order Status". Log in to your Account Here

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from Stamps.com with the tracking #. In some cases, this email may end up caught in your spam filter. Tracking #'s can also be found under order status. 

Please do not contact our office to check the status of an order, UNLESS it has exceeded the normal processing time frame (listed below). 

PROCESSING TIMES

We are a small family run business, and hand blend our mixes fresh each week. No large warehouses, or heavy equipment here, and no product sitting on shelves for weeks, or months. This process takes a bit longer, but ensures that you receive the FRESHEST product possible! 

Customer Orders: All regular customer orders are processed and shipped within approximately 7-10 business days. 

Affiliate Orders: If you are an affiliate placing a larger order for a kit, inventory, or party, please allow additional processing time, up to 21 business days.
