CHECK ORDER STATUS
To check the status of an order, you can login to your account and click on "View Orders", then "Order Status". Log in to your Account Here
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from Stamps.com with the tracking #. In some cases, this email may end up caught in your spam filter. Tracking #'s can also be found under order status.
Customer Orders: All regular customer orders are processed and shipped within approximately 5-7 business days.
Affiliate Orders: If you are an affiliate placing an order for a kit, inventory, or party orders, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
During our busy time, especially during the holiday season, processing times can take a few extra days, on all orders.
Important Notice: We are in the process of finding and relocating Diplicious to a NEW larger facility. Thanks to all of our wonderful customers, our small business has outgrown what we are capable of doing on our own. We are super excited about this next chapter and can't wait to get into our new facility and bring on staff to help run the business!
Please know that while we will remain open for business, we are on extended processing time. Please allow extra time (up to double our normal processing times) for your order to be processed and shipped.
