CHECK ORDER STATUS
To check the status of an order, you can login to your account and click on "View Orders", then "Order Status". Log in to your Account Here
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from Stamps.com with the tracking #. In some cases, this email may end up caught in your spam filter. Tracking #'s can also be found under order status.
Customer Orders: All regular customer orders are processed and shipped within approximately 5-7 business days.
Affiliate Orders: If you are an affiliate placing an order for a kit, inventory, or party orders, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
HOLIDAY MODE: We are in full holiday mode here at Diplicious! During our busy time, especially during the holiday season, processing times can take a few extra days, on all orders. Please be patient with us, and please remember to keep processing times in mind when placing your orders, especially if they are needed by a certain date.
