Order Status

CHECK ORDER STATUS

To check the status of an order, you can login to your account and click on "View Orders", then "Order Status". Log in to your Account Here

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from Stamps.com with the tracking #. In some cases, this email may end up caught in your spam filter. Tracking #'s can also be found under order status. 

Please do not contact our office to check the status of an order, UNLESS it has exceeded the normal processing time frame (listed below). 

PROCESSING TIMES

Customer Orders: All regular customer orders are processed and shipped within approximately 5-7 business days. 

Affiliate Orders: If you are an affiliate placing an order for a kit, inventory, or party orders, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

During our busy time, especially during the holiday season, processing times can take a few extra days, on all orders. 

Please Note: We are currently experiencing longer processing times due to the large volume of orders during this busy season. Please allow a few extra days beyond our normal processing times, for all orders to be processed.
